Title: Slim and Savory Spinach Potato Soup

4cChicken broth
3mdLeeks white part only sliced or 3 medium onions chopped
6ozSpinach trimmed and chopped
3cCubed potatoes
2tbAll natural sour cream and butter flavor sprinkle
  Freshly ground black pepper

Bring broth, leeks and spinach to a simmer. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Add potatoes and cook, covered, 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Puree half the mixture; return to saucepan. Stir in butter sprinkles and pepper. Serve hot or cold.
